Brahman

Brahman is a term from Hindu philosophy and could be translated as "world soul." According to this philosophy, every person possesses a part of the world soul. We are all interconnected. This idea inspired me to paint a self-portrait. I painted myself, but I don't look like myself. The soul seeks unity with the universe. In this visual world, the boundaries between dream and reality blur.
