General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 General
(1) These GTC apply to all orders that you place with us.
(2) We will only accept deviating terms and conditions from you if we have expressly agreed to this.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
(1) The contract is about the sale of goods.  
(2) By placing a product on our website, we make you a binding offer.  
(3) This is how the purchase works:  
  - Place the desired items in the shopping basket.  
  - Click on the ‘Checkout’ button to proceed to the checkout.  
  - Enter your details and select the payment and dispatch method.  
  - You can check and change your order before submitting it.  
  - By clicking on the ‘Buy now’ button, you accept our offer and the contract is concluded.
(4) The order and all related information will be processed by e-mail. Please make sure that your e-mail address is correct and that our e-mails do not end up in spam.
§ 3 Payment
(1) Payment via PayPal is processed by the service provider PayPal (Europe). The available payment methods will be displayed during the order process. You can find more information about PayPal at [https://www.paypal.com](https://www.paypal.com).
§ 4 Retention of title
(1) The goods shall remain our property until full payment has been made.
§ 5 Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.  
(2) Please check the goods for completeness and defects upon receipt and inform us of any problems. This has no effect on your warranty claims.
§ 6 Choice of law
(1) German law shall apply. This shall only apply to consumers if the protection afforded by the law of their country of residence is not thereby withdrawn.  
(2) The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.---

Contract language and storage
(1) The contract language is German.  
(2) The contract text is not saved, but you can print out the order data before sending the order.
Prices and payment methods
The prices quoted include all taxes. Shipping costs are extra and are shown in the order process. The available payment methods can be found on the website.
Terms of delivery
Delivery takes place within Germany and takes 7-14 working days, depending on availability. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, we will send everything together.
